 Our frameset are made from cromoly 4130 with double butted tubing technology which make the frameset alot lighter than regular Cromoly frames. Our hubs and bottom brackets are sealed bearing cartridges which last alot longer than loose bearings.

Our Single brand wheels are produced by one of the best rim manufacturer in the market. they are durable and light.

Are Single Bikes Wheels come with flip flop hubs?

Yes, all our rear wheels come with flip flop hubs. You have option to have fixed cog or freewheel at bike builder site. 

Will I receive my bike assembled?

All Single Bikes come 90% assembled. All you need to do is assemble the pedals and front wheel upon receiving the bike. We recommend you take it to your local bike shop for a safety check.

 

 

What is the return policy?

Since the bikes are custom ordered, 25% restocking fee will apply and customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Customer need to get return authorization number approval. The bike should be in its original condition and not riden.
 

 

 

Can I purchase the frame set or bicycle parts separately?

Yes, you can purchase track frameset or track  bicycle parts  on the product page.

What is the warranty on my Single bike?

Every Single bicycle comes with 5 year warranty on the frame set and parts from  manufacturer defects. Tire puncture, normal wear and tears and bike abuses are not covered by the warranty.

Is there sales tax or Duty on my purchase?

There is no duty for US and Canadian buyers.

Buyers out of US and Canada might pay their respective countries duty and taxes.
 

No sales tax in USA and customers in Canada need to Pay 5% GST.

How long does it takes to order and ship a bike?

We usually ship your bike within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the volume of the order. Customers will receive their bike within 3-10 business days after the bike has been shipped.

Where do you ship to, and what is the shipping cost of the fixed gear bikes?

We ship  the single speed bikes and parts  from Vancouver Canada warehouse to USA  ,Canada , Australia and most European countries .
Shipping of complete bike to USA and Canada is free at this time.
Shipping to Australia and Major European countries international airport is $140.00 .

Frame size 54 for riders 5'8" to 5'11"
Frame size 59 for riders  5'11"-6-2"

We can ship to APO addresses. Please APO address may takes about 2 months for delivery may be a little longer.

Bank wire transfer.
